    Product Description

    SA, SAP, SLA Type Single Stage Double Suction Split case Pump

    The transferred medium temperature of SA (SAM, SAF, SAP, SLA) type single stage double suction split pump is between -20 degree to 80degree. It is applied to transferring industrial water, domestic water, running water, and applied to water conservancy projects and farmland irrigation and drainage.
    SA type is for the transfer of clear water or the liquid with physical and chemical property similar to clear water.
    SAM type is for the transfer of corrosive liquid containing a certain amount of solid particles.
    SAF type is for the transfer of corrosive liquids.
    SAP type is a new product remodeled by international advanced similar pump technology based on SA type pump.
    Performance Range: Capacity Q: 72~9900m3/h
    Head: 6.8~104m
    The operation parameters can be adjusted as per customers' requirements.
    Structure: SA (SAM, SAF, SAP) type pump is installed horizontally with inlet and outlet line under the pump axial centerline. It only needs to remove the pump cover and take out rotor part without dismantling the inlet and outlet pipelines during the overhaul.
    SLA is installed vertically. The suction inlet and discharge outlet are both horizontal. The split surface of pump body and pump cover is perpendicularly separated from axial centerline.
    Bearing: Rolling bearings with grease or lubrication oil at both ends of the pump support the rotor part (24SA-18 and 16SA-90 can use sliding bearing).
    Shaft seal: 1. Soft packing seal; 2. Mechanical seal.
    The rotation direction is anti clockwise viewed from the end of motor (The rotation direction can be designed to be clockwise as per customers' requirements).
    Material of flow passage components: The material of flow passage components is cast iron, but cast steel and brass can be used as per customers' requirements, which should be stipulated in the contract.
