Float switch submersible sewage pump
The Float switch submersible sewage pump adopts the unique impeller structure and new mechanical seal, which can effectively transport the solid and long fiber. Compared with the conventional impeller impeller, the pump impeller uses a single or dual channel form, it is similar to a cross-section of the same size pipe, with a flow of very good too, with reasonable volute chamber, the pump has the advantages of high efficiency, the impeller by the static and dynamic balance test, the pump running without vibration.
Float switch submersible sewage pump is made up of two parts of the motor. The two are separated by the oil isolation chamber and the mechanical seal component. They belong to the motor integrated product. The motor and pump share the same shaft (rotor), and the whole pump is short in length and compact in structure. A variety of protective devices are equipped to make the pump run safe and reliable.
The main components are as follows:
signal line: equipped with a full protection pump control cabinet to carry out all directional protection to the pump, including water leakage, fault phase, short circuit, overheating, motor overload and other items. Motor stator: use B class or F grade insulation.
Water Leakage probe placed in the oil chamber when the mechanical seal is damaged, water enters the oil chamber, the probe signals by the control system to protect the pump.
mechanical seal: double channel punching seal is adopted, a new type of hard corrosion resistant tungsten carbide material is selected. It has the characteristics of reliable sealing, wear-resisting and long life.
impeller: impeller adopts single channel or double channel structure. It has strong passing capacity and can reduce clogging and winding faults through large materials and fiber waste.
pump body: with the impeller, so that the pump has high efficiency.
sealing ring: installed in the ring of the pump body, when the impeller is running, the wear of the ring can be worn, and the seal ring can be replaced to ensure that the pump operates at the best efficiency.
