Structure
High Volume Water Pump is designed according to the performance and size specified in international standard is02858, mainly composed of pump body (1), pump cover (2), impeller (3), shaft (4), sealing ring (5), shaft sleeve (6) and suspension bearing part (12).
The High Volume Water Pump body and pump cover of is type pump are split from the back of impeller, which is commonly referred to as the back door structure. The utility model has the advantages of convenient maintenance, and the rotor parts can be withdrawn for maintenance without moving the pump body, suction pipeline, discharge pipeline and motor.
The shell (i.e. pump cover) of the High Volume Water Pump forms the working chamber of the pump, and the impeller, shaft and shaft sleeve are the rotor parts of the pump. The suspension bearing part supports the rotor part of the pump, and the rolling bearing bears the radial force and partial axial force of the pump.
In order to balance the axial force of the High Volume Water Pump, the front and back of the impeller of most pumps are provided with sealing rings, and the back cover plate of the impeller is provided with a balance hole. Due to the small axial force of some pumps, there is no sealing ring and balance hole on the back of impeller.
