Explanation of structural features
If the impeller of is pump is balanced, the cavity with soft packing is connected with the impeller suction. If the liquid at the inlet of the impeller is in a vacuum state, it is easy to enter air along the surface of the shaft sleeve. Therefore, a packing ring is installed in the packing cavity, and the pressure water in the pump chamber is led to the packing ring for sealing through the small hole on the pump cover. If there is no balance hole in the impeller of the pump, because the liquid pressure on the back of the impeller is greater than atmospheric pressure, there is no air leakage problem, so the packing ring can not be installed. The pump body and cover of is water pump are divided from the back of impeller, which is commonly known as back door structure. The advantage of is pipeline centrifugal pump is that it is convenient for maintenance. The pump body, suction pipeline, discharge pipeline and motor are not moved during maintenance, and only the intermediate coupling of the extended coupling is removed to exit the rotor part for maintenance. In order to avoid shaft wear, the shaft sleeve protection is installed at the position where the shaft passes through the packing chamber. There must be an O-ring between the shaft sleeve and the shaft to prevent air intake or water leakage along the mating surface.
