Common fault analysis

  1. How to avoid cavitation. Replace the worn impeller and select the motor matching the pump. The speed is too low. Solution: check whether the wiring of the motor is correct, whether the voltage is normal or whether the steam pressure of the turbine is normal.

  2. The system head is too high. Solution: check the water head of the system, especially the friction loss. 

  3. Suction head is too high. Solution: check the net head of the existing self-priming pump. If the inlet pipeline is too small or too long, it will cause great friction loss.

  4. Impeller or pipeline blocked. Solution: check for obstructions.

  5. It turns in the wrong direction. Solution: check the direction of rotation.

  6. Air is produced or there is leakage in the inlet pipeline. Solution: check the inlet line for cavitation and / or air leakage.

For DG type boiler feed multistage water pump, the specific problems are analyzed in detail. For slight vibration, stiffness can be increased to eliminate it. For ceramic valve, if the spring with large stiffness is selected, piston actuator structure is used, and severe vibration of pipeline and base is eliminated by adding support; the frequency of valve selection is the same as that of system.
