The high head split casing water pump is the single-stage double suction axially split pump. It is a new generation of high-performance single-stage double suction axially split centrifugal pump, which is mainly suitable for water plant, air conditioning circulating water, heating pipe network system, building water supply, irrigation, drainage pump station, power plant, industrial water supply system, fire control system, ship industry, mine water supply and drainage and other occasions for liquid transmission.

The structure of High head split casing water pump:
Impeller: the core part of the pump. The pump works on the liquid through the rotation of the impeller to increase its energy. The double suction pump used in our workshop has suction ports on both sides of the impeller and the working part of the impeller in the middle, that is, the pressure outlet of the liquid.
Suction chamber: located in front of the impeller inlet. Function: evenly introduce the liquid into the impeller inlet, in this process, the energy lost by the liquid flow shall be small, and the uniform distribution shall be ensured when flowing into the impeller inlet.
Press out chamber: the part that collects the liquid with energy around the impeller and then sends it to the outlet pipe. It is also a component that converts part of kinetic energy of liquid into pressure energy and reduces the flow rate before liquid enters the outlet pipe.
Seal ring: keep the proper clearance between the outer edge of impeller inlet and pump casing to reduce the leakage of water from high pressure to low pressure. Seal ring is also called mouth ring. It is generally made of cast iron and other wear-resistant metals. It can be replaced after wear.
Pump housing: including pump cover and pump body. The function is to uniform water flow, change the direction of water flow, and convert kinetic energy into pressure energy. The parts with minimum friction loss are generally made of cast iron.
Pump shaft: mechanical energy transmission parts, generally made of cast steel.
Shaft seal: to prevent the external air into the pump and the pump liquid leakage parts. The pumps in our workshop are in the form of mechanical seal, and the brands are Bergman.
Bearing: the main function is to support the pump shaft. Most of the pumps in our workshop are rolling bearings. The bearings are lubricated by grease, and generally 3 × lithium grease.
Coupling: it is used to connect motor shaft and pump shaft, which is a connection mode with high transmission efficiency. The installation accuracy is ± 0.015mm.
